Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple locations. This role includes inventory management, inbound and outbound logistics, shipping, cycle counting, operational controls, and professional leadership of warehouse teams. The position requires strong managerial capabilities, in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full warehouse operations across all sites, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, replenishment, issuing, and shipping.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse teams across multiple international locations.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including periodic and annual cycle counts.
• Define, implement, and monitor operational controls, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Establish and maintain warehouse procedures, workflows, and work standards.
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes and logistics flows.
• Oversee preparation of international shipments, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain data accuracy, process integrity, and reporting within ERP systems.
• Build and execute annual operational plans, including budgets, manpower planning, and performance targets.
• Manage cross-functional interfaces to ensure smooth supply chain and logistics operations.

Requirements and Skills

• At least 5 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, including multi-site environments.
• Proven experience managing warehouse teams and supervisors.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, issuing, shipping, cycle counting, inventory control, and material flow.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems — required.
• Experience working in global or international operational environments — an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build reporting and control mechanisms.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing annual work plans, budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse storage methods, safety standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• High sense of responsibility, ownership, and assertiveness.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
