HRIS Technical Lead

As part of our continued growth, we are transforming our global HR systems to create a unified, data-driven, and employee-centric experience. We are looking for an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to join our IT organization and lead this transformation.

In this role, you will own Check Point’s global HR technology landscape and act as a key bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders. You will drive system strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization to ensure scalability, compliance, and an excellent user experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end selection and evaluation of a new Core HR platform (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), including RFP and vendor due diligence
• Serve as Project Manager for global HRIS implementations, managing partners, timelines, scope, and budget
• Translate HR business needs into system configurations and streamlined workflows (onboarding, transfers, offboarding, etc.)
• Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual work and enhance employee experience
• Own the HRIS roadmap post go-live, managing enhancements, new modules, and system evolution
• Build HR dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable workforce insights
• Manage vendor relationships and act as the escalation point for critical system issues
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security on data governance and system strategy

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS / HR technology roles within global organizations
• Hands-on leadership of a Core HR system implementation from evaluation through go-live
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and ATS processes (design, configuration, testing, rollout)
• Deep understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience with data governance, reporting, and analytics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SmartRecruiters, or Greenhouse
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field (advanced degree – a plus)
