A content Manager to join the Marketing Team!

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Content Manager to take full ownership of our Group’s content strategy and execution across our two brands in Israel and Global. This is a role for someone who can craft our brand voice, build engaging narratives, and lead a high-quality content engine that supports our business goals and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our Group’s brand values, business pillars, and marketing goals.

·         Plan, write, and manage content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, blogs, emails, resources, and other digital assets.

·         Define and maintain the brand voice and tone for both Israel and Global, ensuring consistency across all channels.

·         Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to create impactful storytelling that drives engagement and conversion.

·         Manage and coordinate external content writers to support the execution of the content roadmap.

·         Support SEO and organic growth efforts through high-quality, optimized content.

·         Help create content for social channels, ensuring relevance and engagement with key audiences.

·         Oversee or directly contribute to video content creation and editing for campaigns, educational content, and social platforms.

·         Explore and support content distribution, PR, and brand partnerships opportunities to amplify reach.

Requirements:

·         4+ years of experience as a Content Manager, Copywriter, or Content Lead, preferably in fintech, financial services, trading, or similar industries.

·         Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills in Hebrew and English.

·         Proven ability to design and execute content plans that drive engagement and brand awareness.

·         Experience managing freelancers and content production workflows.

·         Experience with social media platforms, content management systems and analytics tools.

·         Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for creating meaningful, high-impact content.

Bonus:

·         Familiarity with video production, editing, and scriptwriting.

·         Understanding of PR, influencer marketing, and content amplification.
