We are looking for a Development Manager to join and lead a dynamic team of developers in the Generative AI space!
In this role, you will lead complex projects, design advanced AI architectures, and work hands-on developing solutions in Python using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and LangChain. Responsibilities include LLM orchestration, fine-tuning, RAG, Agentic AI, MLOps, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, Vertex AI).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of AI/ML development experience, including at least 2 years in team/project leadership
- Expertise in Python and frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face
- Hands-on experience in LLM orchestration and production deployment
- Cloud experience: AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI
