Structural Analysis Engineer

Structural Analysis Engineer | Aviation Division | IAI

We are looking for a Structural Analysis Engineer to join the Engineering & Development Center within the IAI Aviation Division.

The position includes:

• Building models and performing finite element analyses (FEA)

• Structural strength calculations for airborne structures

• Structural concept development

• Writing structural justification and compliance reports

• Planning and supporting structural tests

• Supporting production and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical / Civil / Structural Engineering – mandatory

• At least 2 years of experience as a Structural Analysis Engineer – mandatory

• Experience in aerospace structural analysis – advantage

• Proficiency with finite element software – advantage

• Knowledge and experience in classical strength calculations – advantage

• Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations – advantage

The Structural Analysis domain leads the full structural justification activities across the division’s products, including business jets, passenger-to-freighter conversions, mission aircraft, and unmanned aerial platforms.
