We are seeking a full-time, on-site Engineering Specialist to join our team in Be'er Sheva. The Engineering Specialist will be responsible for overseeing project management activities, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination across teams, and implementing technical solutions in line with project requirements. Daily responsibilities will include conducting engineering analyses, managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

• Strong skills in Project Management and Manufacturing Engineering
• Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and related technical fields
• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
• Educational background in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in large-scale construction or industrial projects is an advantage
• Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
