Back End Developer (AI / Infrastructure)

The Role

As a Senior AI Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in building the future of intelligent infrastructure troubleshooting. You will design and implement scalable backend systems, integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into production environments, and work on highly distributed, cloud-native architectures. This role offers high ownership, technical influence, and the opportunity to shape both product and engineering direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for cloud-native platforms
• Develop AI- and LLM-powered features for failure detection, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Work with Kubernetes-based environments, including operators, controllers, and agents
• Build and maintain distributed systems running at scale on cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams
• Lead technical initiatives from design to production

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Curious, research-oriented mindset
• Bonus: Experience building AI- or LLM-powered products in production environments
