Simploud is a fast-growing SaaS platform (EQMS) that empowers Life Sciences and MedTech companies to manage quality, compliance, and lab operations. Our platform is a process-based system designed to digitize and automate internal quality management workflows, replacing manual processes with a seamless electronic ecosystem.
The Role
This role sits at the critical intersection of Customer Success, Support, and Implementation, working closely with our Marketing, Product, and R&D teams. You will be the technical heart of the customer journey - from the initial sales phase through long-term growth.
You’ll partner with prospects to lead evaluations and Proof of Concept (POC) projects. Once they join, you will manage the initial system implementation, ongoing onboarding, and technical support - while constantly looking for opportunities to broaden the system's scope within their organization. You won’t just implement the system; you’ll help shape its future by translating real-world customer insights into product innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements and business processes into elegant system designs and technical setups.
- Implementation & Growth: Lead the initial system implementation and manage the end-to-end onboarding process. Proactively identify ways to expand Simploud’s footprint within existing customers.
- Sales Engineering: Accompany the sales process by managing technical evaluations and POCs for prospective clients.
- Support & Retention: Provide ongoing technical support to ensure customers maximize the platform's value and maintain high retention.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with the product team to design new features based on customer feedback and internal strategic needs.
- Enablement: Conduct training sessions to empower users and ensure high system adoption.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: A degree in a relevant engineering or technical field, or equivalent hands-on technical experience - Must.
- Professional Background: A proven track record of success in a professional environment - Must. We are looking for a high-achiever who has consistently delivered results in their previous roles (SaaS experience preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with basic tech tools (HTML, XML, JSON).
- Experience working with databases (SQL is a significant advantage).
- Coding skills/background are a strong plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge existing processes, ask the right questions, and propose logical, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Clear and simple communication skills; able to translate technical "speak" into business value.
- Ownership: A proactive "self-starter" who takes full responsibility for their projects and drives them to completion.
- People-First Mentality: Strong presentation skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- The Biomedical or Medical industry.
- LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) or QMS.
- Medical field regulations Knowledge.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Languages: Fluent English (written and verbal).
