System Analyst

Opyflow is seeking a Systems Analyst (End-to-End) to lead cross-organizational systems initiatives for a global high-tech client.

This role involves full ownership of systems projects—from business analysis and system definition through vendor selection and implementation—within a complex, multi-interface environment.

The position is based in Rehovot with a hybrid work model and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead systems projects end-to-end, from requirements analysis to implementation and rollout
• Conduct in-depth business and process analysis and translate needs into clear system requirements
• Define system specifications and support solution design
• Lead the selection and management of external vendors and system solutions
• Coordinate multiple interfaces: business users, IT, vendors, and management
• Oversee implementation to ensure solutions are delivered, adopted, and operational
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, analysis quality, and execution speed (user-level proficiency)

Required qualification

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Analyst in complex organizations
• Proven experience leading systems or application projects, not only supporting them
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex processes
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external vendors
• High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and execution
• No software development or data engineering background required
• Experience in global or high-tech environments is an advantage
• Hybrid work model
