We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within yad2’s Real Estate vertical. You’ll take ownership of critical product areas, working closely with PMs, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful value to millions of users.

The ideal candidate is independent, execution-driven, and comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end. You bring a strong technical and analytical mindset, deep understanding of UX and user behavior, experience in marketplaces or consumer-facing products, and the ability to translate insights into business impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead product initiatives within the Real Estate vertical, improving business efficiency and creating measurable impact
• Identify and drive opportunities for product improvements and process optimization
• Optimize conversion flows and customer journeys by analyzing performance metrics, user behavior, and UX insights
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including research, roadmap creation, task breakdown, and prioritization
• Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Engineers, R&D, and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on time
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in B2C digital platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Strong technical background (Computer Science or equivalent)
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, both a thinker and a doer
• Strong analytical mindset, able to use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
