Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper- Fintech Company

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The role involves full responsibility for accounting processes with a focus management—from invoice processing to payments—while working within a data-rich environment and managing multiple interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice entry and payment execution.
• Daily hands-on work with Priority ERP and advanced Excel functions.
• Performing complex reconciliations, controls, and data matching across various systems.
• Reviewing system developments to ensure compliance with the organization’s financial and accounting requirements.

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping Level 1+2 certification – Mandatory.
• Proven proficiency and hands-on experience with Priority ERP – Mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, specifically working with vendors/suppliers – Mandatory.
• High-level English: Ability to read technical data, understand complex documents, and communicate effectively via email.
• Experience managing large datasets and complex files.
