This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Beit Dagan, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will oversee daily sales operations, build strong relationships with clients, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and provide excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves educating customers about products, conducting sales meetings, and assisting in developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively and professionally.
• Proficient in Sales techniques and experienced in pursuing leads and closing deals.
• Experience in Training and mentoring others to enhance sales skills and team productivity.
• Knowledge of Sales Management practices to support planning and implementation of effective sales strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Self-motivation, goal-orientation, and strong organizational capabilities.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is preferred; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Experience in the energy sector or related industries is a plus.
