Role Overview
A central role within the Information Systems division, leading cross-organizational business process analysis and translating financial and business needs into advanced technological solutions.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis – mandatory
• Prior background in software development – mandatory
• Proven experience in business process analysis and system specification
• Strong understanding of financial systems and business processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP – mandatory
• Experience with Billing systems – advantage
• Experience in public or municipal organizations – advantage
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and system-level thinking
