Vice President of Global Operations

VP of Operations

Reports to: CEO

We are a SaaS hypergrowth global company looking to hire a VP of Operations.

A senior, strategic operator who drives cross-functional initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.

This role partners closely with the CEO and CFO, translating business strategy into tangible results and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, company-wide programs that improve efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience.
• Drive end-to-end optimization of cross-functional processes, building systems, tools, and frameworks to support informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Spearhead multi-million-dollar partnerships and negotiations with leading cloud providers, SaaS vendors, and strategic suppliers, delivering cost savings and long-term value.
• Define and execute global procurement, vendor management, travel, and facilities strategies, ensuring scalable, cost-effective, and compliant operations.
• Establish analytics-driven frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance and inform executive decisions.
• Partner with executive leadership (CEO, CFO, Legal, InfoSec, Engineering) to align operational initiatives with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Mentor and develop a lean, high-performing global operations team, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in global operations leadership within fast-growing SaaS or technology companies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic programs with enterprise-wide impact.
• Deep experience negotiating cloud and SaaS agreements (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar) and managing complex vendor portfolios.
• Track record of delivering cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational scalability in high-revenue, rapidly growing organizations.
• Strong business acumen and experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic priorities, financial planning, and risk management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (SOC2, ISO, FedRAMP, GDPR).
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, able to drive decisions across functional and executive teams.
