Senior Unity Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Unity Developer to join our team and take a key role in designing, developing, and scaling high-quality games and interactive experiences. This is a hands-on position with real impact on product architecture, performance, and player experience.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex game systems using Unity (C#).
• Take ownership of core gameplay features from concept through production and live support.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and stability across platforms (mobile / PC / console, as relevant).
• Architect scalable, maintainable code and contribute to technical decisions and best practices.
• Lead debugging, profiling, and performance optimization efforts.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to overall team growth.
• Participate in planning, estimations, and technical discussions.

• 4+ years of professional experience in Unity development.
• Strong proficiency in C# and Unity’s core systems (MonoBehaviour, ScriptableObjects, Addressables, etc.).
• Deep understanding of game architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging in Unity.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience working closely with designers and artists in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
