Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Financial Officer based in Ramat Gan. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, preparing and analysing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves leading budgeting processes, managing financial reporting, providing insights for decision-making, and collaborating closely with executive management to support long-term organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

· In charge of 7 employees

· Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial control.

· Manage cash flow, liquidity, collections, forecasting, and risk control.

· Managing the controller and oversee quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and public company regulations.

·  Maintain close relationships with capital markets, investors, and bondholders; ensure compliance with financial covenants.

·  Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s global growth objectives.

·  Drive strategic initiatives including capital raising, M&A, and partnerships.

·  Lead investor relations and communications with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and financial institutions.

·  Supervise collections from customers, payments to suppliers, and payroll operations, while developing creative solutions to overcome collection challenges across different regions.

·  Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.

·  Conduct profitability and performance analyses supporting management decision-making.

·  Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards.

·  Promote efficiency, process improvement, and digital transformation across financial operations.

·  Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to enhance performance and support business growth.

·  Represent the company in meetings with banks, rating agencies, and external stakeholders.

·  Travel internationally, including to Africa, as part of global operations.

Requirements

·  Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive in a public or international company.

·  Strong background in corporate finance, including capital markets, debt management, and fundraising.

·  Hands-on experience managing bondholders and financial covenants – required.

·  Experience with IFRS reporting, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

·  Experience in debt restructuring or turnaround management – advantage.

·  CPA certification – mandatory.

·  Strategic thinker with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

·  Proven ability to work closely with Boards, shareholders, and external stakeholders.

·  High proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).

·  Willingness to travel internationally, including to Africa.
