Senior Priority Developer | Real Estate Company - Petah Tikva

📍 Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

Position: Senior Priority Developer

We are looking for an excellent Priority Developer to join a stable, family-owned real estate company operating for over two decades in residential and commercial development, project management, and execution.

• Develop processes, triggers, procedures, and advanced reports using SQL and Priority tools
• Write custom code based on specifications provided by the applications team
• Develop and implement integrations between Priority and external systems (API, XML)
• Analyze technological requirements and propose solutions aligned with system architecture
• Maintain system versions, fix bugs, perform QA testing, and support existing developments
• Assist implementation teams and end users in troubleshooting and solving performance issues

✔️ At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Priority development – must

✔️ Previous experience in real estate companies – strong advantage

✔️ Strong command of SQL – must

✔️ Experience developing integrations and working with APIs – strong advantage

✔️ Knowledge of Priority database structure and ability to analyze complex tables

✔️ Strong understanding of ERP processes and analytical skills

✔️ Proficiency in Excel and BI tools – advantage

✔️ Experience with the Medatech Contractors module – advantage

✔️ Experience writing technical specifications – advantage

✔️ Good technical English
