Account Executive

What the Role Includes:

• Field sales to new clients – SMB and Mid Market
• Identifying deep business needs and guiding clients to understand the right solution for them
• Full ownership of the sales funnel – from lead to close
• Working with CRM and managing a structured, measurable sales process
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Who We Are Looking For:

• A field sales professional with at least 2 years of proven experience
• Significant advantage if experienced in selling technology, digital solutions, or B2B products
• Not a customer service role – we are looking for real salespeople who can influence and close deals
• Ability to manage complex business conversations, challenge clients, and shift perceptions
• Resilient, ambitious, and able to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong track record of closing deals
• Independent, organized, and capable of managing themselves effectively
