What the Role Includes:
- Field sales to new clients – SMB and Mid Market
- Identifying deep business needs and guiding clients to understand the right solution for them
- Full ownership of the sales funnel – from lead to close
- Working with CRM and managing a structured, measurable sales process
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Who We Are Looking For:
- A field sales professional with at least 2 years of proven experience
- Significant advantage if experienced in selling technology, digital solutions, or B2B products
- Not a customer service role – we are looking for real salespeople who can influence and close deals
- Ability to manage complex business conversations, challenge clients, and shift perceptions
- Resilient, ambitious, and able to thrive in a competitive and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong track record of closing deals
- Independent, organized, and capable of managing themselves effectively
