Role Overview

A hands-on role combining system support, implementation, testing, and user enablement for core CRM and Billing platforms in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontline and remote support for CRM and Billing systems

• Work with core platforms including Dynamics CRM, Billing, IFN, Mobile, and eCommerce

• Execute pre-production testing and document test scenarios

• Deliver group and one-on-one user training and on-site system adoption

• Create training materials and maintain structured issue tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in systems support and implementation

• Experience with CRM and/or Billing systems – strong advantage

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Familiarity with billing and collection processes

• Experience creating training materials and delivering user training

• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and high learning agility
