This full-time on-site role is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. As the Head of the Planning Department (מנהל/ת מחלקת תכנון | מספר משרה 4074), you will lead the strategic planning and management of water and sewage projects. Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure planning and development, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, implementing new technologies, and ensuring alignment with municipal and regulatory standards. Your role will also involve managing team operations, creating actionable plans for urban water systems, and optimizing the department's processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Expertise in urban planning, engineering, or infrastructure development, with experience in project planning and execution
• Proficiency in analyzing and applying regulatory and municipal guidelines in water and sewage management
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with new water and sewage technologies and their practical implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with stakeholders, including municipal authorities and contractors
• Problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions to improve system efficiency
• Experience in public service or municipal infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Relevant academic background in engineering, urban planning, or related disciplines
• Proficiency in Hebrew; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
