Role Description

Looking for a part or full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities such as check in, check out, cashier, emails, communication in digital channels, answering and directing incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, handling basic clerical duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effectively managing Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service orientation, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills (e.g., familiarity with email, appointment scheduling software, and word processing)
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred but not mandatory
