Head of Finance & FP&A – Strauss Water Israel

Job Description

Business Partner to the CEO of Strauss Water Israel and the Executive Management Team, responsible for shaping the business strategy and leading decision-making processes across financial, commercial, and operational domains.

The role includes professional guidance and end-to-end financial leadership, including:

• Development of business plans, financial scenarios, long-term financial results, investment plans, and management of risks and opportunities.
• Building supporting work plans and monitoring execution against targets
• Ongoing performance control, in-depth analysis, and development of business processes aligned with results
• Leading and managing financial aspects of business partnerships with suppliers, customer business models, commercial negotiations with partners, and collaboration with relevant units across the Strauss Group
• Active partnership in Strauss Water’s business development initiatives

FP&A Leadership – Strauss Water

Leading planning, budgeting, and control processes, including financial reporting across all Strauss Water units

The role includes managing and leading a team of economists and finance professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics / Business Administration; advantage for CPA certification
• 8–10 years of experience in financial management within a business organization, or leading an economics/finance department in a large business division (high-tech or industrial environment) – mandatory
• Hands-on background in accounting – mandatory
• Proven experience managing commercial and contractual aspects – mandatory
• Managerial experience and ongoing work with senior business unit leaders – mandatory
