We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Back End Developer who is passionate about building robust, scalable cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working on complex software products, a strong academic background in Computer Science or Engineering, and practical experience developing in Python.

This role is part of the backend team within the SW department.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in the design, estimation, and implementation of new features
Hands-on backend development of cloud-based capabilities
Take part in maintaining and ensuring the availability and performance of the production system

Required Skills

3+ years of software R&D experience working on complex software systems
B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
1+ years of experience developing in Python
Experience with Kubernetes is an advantage
Ability to work in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment
Excellent self-learning capabilities
Creativity in dealing with new problems and finding cost-effective solutions
Experience working on a production system based on one of the major cloud services
Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and/or BigQuery databases is an advantage
Experience with machine learning is an advantage
