Risk Analyst

Solid Payments is looking for a brilliant Risk Analyst to join its Risk team at a leading Fintech company located in Herzliya, IL.

Our PCI Level 1 certified gateway is built with advanced technology that allows merchants to manage risk effectively while increase approval rates - driving real growth and revenue.

In this role, you’ll monitor and analyze transactions daily, detect trends and suspicious patterns, and proactively mitigate risk exposure. You’ll work closely with internal departments and global partners, leveraging data and insights to support business decisions and improve risk processes.

 What you’ll do:

• Analyze large data sets from multiple systems to identify risk indicators and business trends:

• Collaborate with tech, finance, compliance, and client teams (local and global)

• Investigate suspicious activity using fraud-prevention tools and methods

• Generate and manage reports, forecasts, and risk alerts

• Support multiple projects and respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities

• Communicate fluently in English with internal and external partners

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelors Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, IT, or a similar field

• 3-4 years’ experience in risk management, fraud detection, or as a fintech/B2B analyst

• Hands-on experience with payment systems and security/compliance standards (e.g. PCI-DSS)

• Strong analytical mindset and a high level of independence and initiative

• Excel wizardry (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas) –a must

• Strong SQL skills – big advantage

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

• High attention to detail, fast learner, and thrives under pressure

 Bonus points for:

• Experience in the payments/online industry

• Working with international clients

• Familiarity with MONDAY.com
