Headway Future Tech is an innovation-driven AI company dedicated to shaping a smarter, faster, and more intuitive world through AI-powered solutions. We develop SaaS products that seamlessly integrate advanced technology with real human needs across multiple markets, starting with education and enterprise.

Our first flagship product is currently in advanced development, with the first pilots scheduled to launch in December. Early customers are already signed, and we are preparing for expansion in the local Israeli market, followed by global growth. Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer (CBO), based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel.

The Co-Founder & CBO will join the founding team and play a key role in:

• Developing and executing the company’s business strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Driving growth across local and global markets, including pilots, revenue generation, and scale-up.
• Leading sales, partnerships, and business development activities with schools, enterprises, and strategic partners.
• Supporting and leading fundraising efforts (Seed and above) together with the founders.
• Working closely with the product and tech teams to align business needs, customer feedback, and market opportunities.

This role is hands-on and highly entrepreneurial. In addition to salary, it includes equity as a co-founder, and requires a personal capital investment, joining one of the existing founders who has already invested $500,000 in the company. Equity (ownership percentage) will be determined based on the size of the investment and level of involvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the high-tech ecosystem, with a strong focus on startups.
• Advantage for experience in founding, early-stage, or scale-up environments.
• Personal capital available for investment – a critical condition for joining as a co-founder.
• Experience in technology and AI/SaaS sectors over multiple markets is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record in one or more of the following:
• Business development and strategic partnerships
• Sales and revenue growth
• Fundraising and investor relations
• Go-To-Market strategy (B2B / B2B2C / SaaS)
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate vision into an executable business plan.
• Leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, marketing, operations).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders, customers, and investors.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and willingness to be deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
• Relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or related fields) is a plus, but not mandatory if compensated by strong practical experience.
