BDO is seeking a UK-Israel Business Desk Coordinator to join its Business Development department.

The role includes:

• Supporting the identification and advancement of commercial and strategic growth opportunities between BDO firms in the UK and Israel.
• Maintaining ongoing and effective communication between UK and Israel-based teams.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and identifying business opportunities, including presenting insights and recommendations.
• Preparing business plans and collaboration programs, including follow-up and performance tracking.
• Proactively reaching out to potential clients, including participation in negotiation processes.
• Coordinating marketing materials and professional content, including website content, presentations, tenders, and proposals.
• Providing regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and next steps.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role - an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the UK and Israeli markets and business culture - mandatory.
• Full professional proficiency in British English and Hebrew - mandatory.
• High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strategic and creative thinking combined with strong execution abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
