IT PMO Position

We are looking a professional and experienced PMO to join our IT team. This role involves supporting project managers in overseeing and managing complex technological projects while maintaining high standards of execution and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide professional support to project managers in managing processes under established methodologies.

·        Develop and manage project budgets with a comprehensive view of the organization’s project portfolio.

·        Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders (IT teams, management, customers).

·        Drive and implement new processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

·        Support data-driven decision-making with a broad systemic perspective.

Job Requirements:

·        Proven prior experience in IT project management (minimum of 2-3 years).

·        Full proficiency in project management methodologies (certifications such as PMP).

·        Strong team collaboration skills in a dynamic, multi-interface environment, with the potential to independently lead projects as part of career development.

·        Excellent analytical skills and budget management capabilities.

·        Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Sciforma).

·        Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Information Systems).

·        Advantage: Previous experience as a PMO or in a similar role within technology-driven organizations.

·        Exceptional interpersonal communication and motivation skills.

·        Full command of Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
