This is a client-facing, high-impact role, bridging global partners and internal teams to drive measurable growth.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Own and expand high-value partner relationships across global markets.
• Act as the strategic bridge between partners and internal teams (sales, demand, product, operations).
• Translate partner goals and performance insights into clear, actionable growth plans.
• Analyze KPIs and performance data to spot trends, optimize results, and drive scale.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and present forward-looking growth strategies.
• Troubleshoot integrations and guide partners on platform and attribution best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and help scale partner success processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor — combining commercial thinking, people skills, and technical fluency.

• A powerful industry network and deep know-how that can accelerate growth
• 3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or ad-tech / performance marketing partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree — preferred.
