Role Description

YSR Plastic Industries LTD is seeking a dedicated איש/ת מכירות שטח מאיזור המרכז (Field Sales Representative) to join its team. This full-time role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. The individual will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, market research, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Regular visits to clients are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in field sales, and excellent negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions
• Knowledge of the plastics industry and injection molding is an advantage
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
• Flexibility to travel
