📍 Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

We’re a well-established, family-owned real estate company, operating for over 20 years, developing and managing residential and commercial projects.

As part of our growth, we’re expanding our product and digital capabilities and are looking for experienced product professionals to join us.

For senior candidates looking to lead cross-company initiatives:

• Drive process optimization, automation, and AI initiatives
• Define and implement internal systems and integrations
• Work closely with management and business stakeholders
• Lead change and adoption across non-technical teams

For hands-on product leaders:

• Own products end-to-end (discovery → delivery → launch)
• Work closely with development and UX teams
• Lead inbound product management and continuous improvements
• Build scalable internal and B2B-facing solutions

• Strong product background (6+ years)
• Technical orientation (Python, APIs, integrations)
• Experience working with development teams
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience with SaaS, automation, or complex systems – a plus
