What does the role include?

• End-to-end recruitment management: Full responsibility for recruitment processes for the most complex and exciting technological roles in the market.
• Creative sourcing: Identifying passive candidates using advanced and innovative recruitment tools and managing focused sourcing activities.
• Screening & selection: Active sourcing, screening, and evaluation of candidates, including in-depth phone interviews.
• Job marketing: Writing, publishing, and marketing job openings across digital channels and social media in an attractive and engaging way.

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in technological recruitment – mandatory
• Education: Bachelor’s degree – mandatory; Master’s degree – an advantage
• Languages: Very high level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
• LinkedIn expertise: Proven experience working with LinkedIn and additional sourcing tools
• Personal skills: Ability to drive processes, work in a dynamic, multitasking environment, and excellent interpersonal skills
