Your Impact

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the entire development lifecycle—from gathering customer requirements to delivering fully integrated solutions. You will ensure seamless coordination between R&D, Operations, and Quality teams, turning requirements into actionable tasks and guiding projects through every stage.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full development lifecycle: Collect and analyse customer needs, translate them into technical specifications, and create actionable tasks for R&D and Operations teams.
• Plan and execute: Build detailed project plans (WBS/Gantt), define milestones, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: Work closely with Software, Firmware, RF, Hardware, and Mechanical engineers, as well as Operations and Quality teams, to ensure alignment and integration readiness.
• Manage risks and dependencies: Identify technical and schedule risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain delivery commitments.
• Drive reviews and quality gates: Requirements reviews, design reviews, integration readiness, and acceptance milestones.
• Ensure successful delivery: Oversee implementation, integration, and validation stages, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and governmental customers for smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering or industrial engineering (PMP certification is an advantage).
• Experience: 7–15 years as Technical PM / Program Manager in R&D or product development.
• Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary development lifecycles (SW/FW/HW/RF/Mechanical).
• Proven expertise in project planning, task management, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel mandatory); experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira (advantage).
• Familiarity with ERP applications and governmental/defence environments (advantage).
