• Serve as the primary clinical authority for psychiatric care
• Provide guidance on complex cases, clinical uncertainty, and risk situations
• Support psychiatrists and care teams with timely clinical consultation
• Participate in decisions regarding patient suitability, care transitions, and high-risk cases

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve clinical standards and protocols
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, payer, and professional guidelines
• Lead clinical quality, safety, and governance processes
• Review clinical incidents and translate learnings into improved practice

• Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to psychiatrists (including early-career clinicians)
• Lead case discussions and clinical forums
• Contribute to structured training programs and ongoing professional education

• Work closely with management and innovation teams to improve clinical workflows
• Contribute clinical insight to the evaluation and development of digital and AI-supported tools
• Support data-informed improvement of care quality and clinician experience

• Board-certified Psychiatrist with a valid medical license
• Minimum 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience
• Proven experience working within multidisciplinary or large clinical services
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and mentoring skills
• System-level thinking with the ability to balance clinical depth and service-wide impact
• Openness to technology-enabled care models (telepsychiatry experience – an advantage)
