The Dream-Maker Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of product managers.
• Identify the most critical opportunities and timing for impact on customer retention, and build scalable solutions that address them.
• Drive the success of multiple platform domains, ensuring consistent value delivery and differentiation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Business, and Leadership) to ensure alignment and deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.
• Drive a growth-oriented mindset within the group, ensuring strategies and execution balance customer needs with business impact.
• Create internal tools and processes to empower your group to move faster and deliver more effectively.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic.

The Dream Skill Set:

• 6+ years of experience leading product managers.
• Hands-on experience as a product manager within the cyber industry (CTI, posture management, detection and response, etc. - an advantage)
• Specialized cyber expertise.
• Experience conducting cyber research, including analysis of threats, behavior, and trends across the security landscape.
• Experience in defining and executing complex, cross-functional strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to connect deep insights to practical outcomes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring or dreamers and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Technical orientation or development background is advantageous.
