A leading large-scale organization is looking for an experienced Senior IT Procurement Manager to join its Technology Division and lead complex, high-value procurement processes across Israel and globally.

This is a strategic, high-impact role, combining strong commercial leadership, advanced negotiation skills, and close collaboration with technology and business stakeholders.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Leading complex IT procurement processes with multi-million-shekel budgets 💰

Managing negotiations and closing deals in software, hardware, maintenance, and IT projects

Working with vendors and manufacturers in Israel and abroad 🌍

Improving commercial terms and leading long-term, multi-year agreements

Partnering closely with internal technology and business teams 🤝

Analyzing data and presenting insights to senior management 📊

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience in IT procurement within large organizations – mandatory

Proven experience managing complex negotiations and large-scale IT deals

Deep familiarity with the IT market: vendors, products, pricing models, and best practices

Strong commercial mindset with long-term business vision

High analytical ability and experience presenting data to senior stakeholders

Experience working with ERP procurement systems – SAP is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree – mandatory

Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Hebrew and English 🗣️
