Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper – Tel Aviv

A technology and services company based in Tel Aviv is seeking a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for an independent and hands-on role within the finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities
• Processing vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, credit card transactions, and customer accounts
• Handling employee expenses and travel expense reports
• Issuing customer invoices and monitoring payments
• Working closely with the company’s CPA and management
• Preparing monthly and periodic reports, budget tracking, and financial monitoring

Requirements:

• Bookkeeping certification Level 2 or 3 – mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Priority accounting software – mandatory
• Strong Excel skills
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English – mandatory
