Junior Product Designer (UI/UX) & Motion Specialist (Travel-Tech, Gen AI)

Iron Rules for Applicants (Read Carefully)

We are looking for "Hungry" Juniors with a rich portfolio. Do not apply unless you meet these strict criteria:

1. Relevant Work Only: Do not send generic portfolios. Send links (GitHub/Demos) only for projects that are relevant to this specific tech-premium aesthetic.
2. The "Video First" Rule: Before we look at your code, we look at your output. You must provide a video of your demo in action. If the video isn't visually captivating, we will not proceed to the code.
3. Manual Quality Check: We manually inspect every submission. We want real designers/developers, not those relying solely on AI prompts.
4. Runnable Code (The Proof): You must provide a link to a demo we can actually run (Vercel, GitHub, CodeSandbox) with a clear README. We will be reviewing your source code and design-to-code precision manually.

How to Stand Out: The "Entry Ticket"

If you want to get our attention, create a 10-second proof-of-concept specifically for our product style:

• Topic: A vacation in a destination of your choice.
• Content: Combine travel footage + Text/UI animations + a short Gen AI chat simulation.
• Requirement: Attach the Video of the run and the Source Code/Repository.

LinkedIn’s screening questions are limited. Therefore, to be considered, you MUST include the following links at the top of your CV (Resume) or in your Cover Letter:

1. Portfolio Link (Highlighting relevant work only).
2. Runnable Demo Link (Vercel/CodeSandbox/GitHub).
3. Video Link (The "Video Proof" of your demo in action).
4. Source Code Link (The GitHub repository for the demo).

Applications without these specific links clearly visible will not be reviewed.

About the Project

We are a stealth travel-tech startup building a revolutionary dual-layer Gen AI System:

• Traveler Side: A sophisticated AI interface for smart search and real-time itinerary planning.
• Business Side: A "Smart Agent Studio" for travel pros to create and manage custom AI agents.
• The Bridge: A seamless interface connecting traveler requests with business-side AI responses.

The Role

We aren't just looking for a designer; we need a visual storyteller. You will be responsible for end-to-end product UI while simultaneously creating high-end Motion Ads that feel like a premium SaaS launch.

Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Crafting Gen AI chat interfaces, dashboards, and agent creation wizards.
• Motion & Ads: Producing short, high-impact ads (15–40s) combining footage, UI overlays, text animations, and "expensive" transitions.
• Prototyping: Building high-fidelity, runnable demos to prove that your designs work in a real environment.

Technical Requirements

• Figma: Mastery of auto-layout, components, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Motion: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve. (Canva output must be indistinguishable from professional software).
• Development: Ability to translate designs into code (React, Next.js, or similar).
• Style: Modern, premium, clean gradients, and "SaaS Tech" feel.
