DevOps Team Leader – Stable Financial Institution

A large and stable financial institution is looking for an experienced DevOps Team Leader to lead the DevOps domain as part of a major modernization initiative.
The role is hired through Cambium, operating in an outsourcing model, and involves working in a complex, regulated, and technologically advanced enterprise environment.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a DevOps team, including hands-on technical leadership and mentoring
Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
Work extensively with ArgoCD
Manage Kubernetes environments, including Crossplane
Own and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Product teams
Ensure compliance with strict security and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement long-term solutions
Implement best practices in GitFlow, monitoring, and observability

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
2+ years of experience leading or managing DevOps teams
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Deep knowledge of AWS, including cloud infrastructure, networking, and security
Experience with monitoring and logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
Strong problem-solving skills with architectural and system-level thinking
Leadership mindset, initiative, and decision-making capabilities
Experience working with multiple stakeholders in large-scale organizations
