About 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐟𝐨: 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐟𝐨 is a seed stage startup building the next-generation AI Climate platform.

We are looking for a true partner for the journey, someone with a passion for technology and building products from scratch, to join us as a lead team member.

𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒐𝒍𝒆: We are seeking an experienced, independent, and hands-on AI Developer who lives and breathes Generative AI and Agents. In this role, you will lead the development of our AI agents, work directly with the founders, and design the product's technical architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖’𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒐:

• Design and develop complex AI Agents capable of executing autonomous sequences of actions.

• Implement and utilize MCP to connect models with external data sources and tools.

• Build Serverless and Microservices architecture on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Work with advanced models (Gemini, Claude, OpenAI) and orchestration libraries (such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or internal solutions).

• Take full Ownership of development, from research to Production.

𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒔:

• 4+ years of proven experience in Backend development (Python - Must).

• Practical experience building GenAI applications, working with LLMs, and developing Agents.

• Deep familiarity with the GCP environment (Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, BigQuery).

• Understanding and experience implementing innovative protocols like MCP.

• Rapid self-learning ability and complete independence. Ability to "tackle problems head-on."

• Passion for joining an early-stage startup and willingness to work in an intensive, dynamic environment.

𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆:

• GIS Background: Experience with GeoPandas, PostGIS, or working with spatial data.

• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering or alumni of a technological military unit.
