Real Estate Appraiser / Trainee (Post-Internship Graduate)
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in economic feasibility calculations in accordance with Israeli Standard 21, required
- Proven experience in preparing consolidation and re-parceling tables in accordance with Israeli Standard 15, required
- Experience in preparing valuation opinions and appraisal reports, required
- Experience in preparing “Zero Reports” (Duei Efes), an advantage
- Experience supporting statutory plans and or permit processes, an advantage
- Experience working with government authorities and developers, an advantage
- Experience in client management and project support, an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, required
- Strong writing skills at a high professional level
- Full-time availability, 100% position
- Motivation to learn and grow as part of a team that leads and drives processes
About the Office:
The office specializes in project support and accompaniment, work under Standard 15 and Standard 21, and close collaboration with developers, the Urban Renewal Authority, planning committees, architects, and other stakeholders.
