The Role 

We’re seeking a full-time Content & Growth Strategist (3+ years experience) who can combine strong writing skills with digital strategy and growth techniques. You’ll craft compelling narratives and ensure they achieve reach and visibility through SEO, analytics, and amplification strategies. 

SEO expertise is not mandatory — but you should have a working knowledge of it, or the drive to master it quickly. Comfort with AI beyond basic prompting (e.g., training agents, building workflows) is a big plus. 

Responsibilities 

• Write and edit content across websites, blogs, reports, and social platforms. 
• Conduct keyword and audience research to shape strategy. 
• Optimize on-page content and metadata; explore backlink and outreach opportunities. 
• Use analytics tools to measure impact, reach, and refine approaches. 
• Experiment with AI tools (beyond basic prompting) to enhance content creation and campaign execution. 
• Collaborate with strategists, analysts, and designers on influence campaigns. 

Requirements 

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate. 
• Experience in content strategy, digital communications, or related fields. 
• Comfort using or willingness to quickly learn SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). 
• Curiosity and adaptability — able to pick up new methods, tools, and frameworks quickly. 
• Interest in AI, with some familiarity in prompting, training, or workflow integration. 

Preferred 

• Background in communications, public affairs, or international relations. 
• Experience with narrative warfare, strategic communication, or influence campaigns. 
• Experience in digital PR, outreach, or community engagement.
