Head of Electrical Engineering

About the Role:

• Manage and lead the Electrical and Electro-Mechanical Division
• Overall responsibility for the planning, execution, testing, and management of high- and low-voltage electrical systems in technological projects
• Lead complex projects from design through execution and final delivery
• Drive electrical systems and infrastructure planning processes, including design control and review
• Manage and lead a professional technical team
• Oversee adherence to schedules, budgets, and professional standards
• Present professional solutions and support engineering decision-making, including presentations to senior management

Requirements:

• BSc in Electrical Engineering – mandatory
• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer and/or MSc in Electrical Engineering – mandatory
• At least 5 years of managerial experience (accumulated over the past 10 years) – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in the planning, execution, testing, or management of high-voltage electrical systems – mandatory
• Proven experience managing teams and working with suppliers and external service providers
• High-level English proficiency
