Lead Product Manager

Solara AI is building an autonomous marketing platform that helps businesses grow by combining strategy, content, distribution, and optimization into one product. We’re building something big — product-led, execution-heavy, and meant to scale globally.

We’re hiring a Head of Product (Senior Product Lead) to own product direction and execution end-to-end. This role is for someone with excellent UX instincts, strong product judgment, and the ambition to build a category-defining SaaS company.

You will work directly with the founders, lead the product roadmap, and drive Solara from a powerful early product into a scaled platform with real revenue outcomes.

We want someone who:

• Has hard UX sense — you can spot what’s broken and fix it quickly (flows, onboarding, IA, copy, visuals, friction points).
• Wants to build something big and take real ownership.
• Has proven experience scaling a SaaS product (growth, activation, retention, monetization).
• Has worked in environments with major success (fast-growing startup, high-scale product, top-tier team) and knows how to execute under pressure.
• Thinks in systems: data + customer insight + shipping cadence.
• Can lead cross-functionally across engineering, growth, and design.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution cadence (weekly/bi-weekly shipping).
• Drive UX quality across the entire product: onboarding, activation, workflows, and retention loops.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: activation, retention, conversion, churn, ARPU.
• Build a scalable product process (PRDs, specs, release standards, user research loops).
• Work closely with Growth to improve funnel performance and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality, reliable product releases.
• Help scale the product org (future hiring of PMs, processes, leadership structure).

• 5+ years in Product (PM / Product Lead / Head of Product), ideally in SaaS.
• Strong portfolio of shipped products with measurable results.
• Deep UX sensitivity and product taste.
• Experience scaling user adoption and/or revenue for a SaaS product.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Startup mentality: ownership, speed, pragmatism, and high standards.
