Missile and Space Systems Division is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer
The position includes:
• Defining, developing, and managing system-level cybersecurity requirements
• Designing system-level defense architectures and performing detailed system design
• Preparing requirement documents, design documents, procedures, and test specifications
• Coordinating between various engineering teams involved in system development
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software, Aeronautics, or Physics – required
• Master’s degree in Engineering – an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering for multidisciplinary systems – required
• Hands-on experience or significant training in various cybersecurity domains – required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to drive and motivate teams (matrix management)
• Experience defining cybersecurity requirements for complex systems – an advantage
• Familiarity with communication protocols and network protection – an advantage
• Knowledge of cryptography – an advantage
• Cyber-related certifications or courses – an advantage
