We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the tech industry, eager to learn, and ready to kick-start a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior recruiters to source, screen, and identify top talent for our clients, primarily in tech roles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, to find candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and provide detailed reports to senior recruiters.
• Assist with the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment support.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in administration, marketing, operations, HR, or a related field. Prior experience in a high-tech environment is a strong advantage.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• A genuine passion for recruitment, tech, data, and sourcing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
