About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Backend Developer with strong DevOps skills to join our core product team and help build a high-performance, scalable platform. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver powerful, user-friendly features across both front-end and back-end layers.

This role offers the chance to take technical ownership, contribute to architecture decisions, and build a product at the intersection of AI and real estate innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build scalable data pipelines and processing systems in Python
• Manage and optimize Google Cloud infrastructure (GCP)
• Implement DevOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation)
• Ensure security standards across services, data, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers on architecture decisions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning



Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a backend developer
• Strong knowledge of Python (FastAPI)
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Compute Engine, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, etc.)
• Proven experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of application and cloud security principles
• Proficiency with Git and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and scaling distributed systems
• Frontend experience with React or Vue
• Experience with TypeScript

Advantage

• Proven experience with Node.js (Express)
• Familiarity with additional frontend or backend frameworks
