Information/Data Systems Analyst (Integrations + GenAI)

We are looking for an experienced Information/Data Systems Analyst to lead analysis and definition of solutions in complex enterprise environments. The role focuses on end-to-end business process analysis, complex integrations, data-driven systems, and (as a strong advantage) GenAI/LLM use cases.

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Write high-quality specification documents: High-Level Design (HLD) and Detailed Design (DD).
• Lead interface and integration analysis for complex cross-system processes (including APIs / ETL).
• Work closely with development teams: clarify requirements, support implementation, and drive UAT/acceptance.
• Facilitate discussions and align multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
• (Strong advantage) Identify and implement GenAI/LLM use cases, including prompt writing and business process enablement.

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in complex systems.
• Proven experience writing HLD & Detailed Design documents.
• Experience supporting and guiding development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Relevant academic degree – required.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing interfaces and leading complex integration processes in large organizations.

• Experience with healthcare/medical systems.
• Knowledge of AS400 (significant advantage).
• Project management experience (significant advantage).
• Experience with SQL databases, including table design and query writing.
• Experience with data-driven systems: data models, data warehouses, ETL pipelines, APIs, and integration processes.
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs / prompt engineering / GenAI implementation in business processes (significant advantage).
• Familiarity with architectures and enterprise information systems; exposure to BI/ML tools.
