Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Competition Lawyer . The Competition Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on competition law matters, including antitrust compliance, merger control, and competition litigation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing legal opinions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in regulatory proceedings, and providing strategic guidance related to enforcement actions. The role requires working closely with a diverse client base across industries, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of competition law, antitrust regulations, and merger control processes
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Experience in regulatory proceedings, competition litigation, and enforcement-related matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
• Licensed to practice law in Israel; international legal qualifications are a plus
• Relevant experience in a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel in the competition law field
