לחברה מובילה וגלובלית באזור נתניה דרוש/ה מנהל/ת חשבונות ושימור לקוחות לתפקיד משמעותי הכולל עבודה מול לקוחות בינלאומיים.

תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול הנהלת חשבונות שוטפת
• מתן מענה ללקוחות גלובליים בנושאי חיוב, חשבוניות ותשלומים
• גביית כספים מלקוחות וניהול תהליכי גבייה
• איתור לקוחות חייבים וטיפול בחובות פתוחים
• שימור לקוחות ומתן שירות מקצועי ואיכותי לאורך זמן

דרישות התפקיד:

• ידע וניסיון בהנהלת חשבונות – חובה
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור וכתיבה) – חובה
• יכולת עבודה מול לקוחות בינלאומיים
• סדר, דיוק, אחריות ויחסי אנוש מעולים

Accounts Receivable & Customer Retention Manager

Full-time position | Office-based only | 9 working hours per day

A leading global company located in the Netanya area is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Customer Retention Manager to join its team. This role involves working closely with international clients and managing financial and customer retention processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and bookkeeping activities
• Provide support to global customers regarding billing, invoices, and payments
• Handle customer collections and manage payment follow-ups
• Identify overdue accounts and actively work to resolve outstanding balances
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support customer retention

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge and experience in bookkeeping/accounts receivable – mandatory
• High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities
