The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all stakeholders involved in various projects, while implementing and monitoring professional processes that ensure the connection between the project and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project strategy and work plans based on a deep understanding of the project’s nature and complexities, ensuring implementation and monitoring in coordination with the client.
- Plan, execute, and manage community relations activities within the project.
- Collaborate with local authorities, executing bodies, and planning teams to manage and oversee community relations.
- Define objectives and success metrics for the project.
- Monitor progress and status of work plans.
- Manage team members and oversee their performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community relations, customer service, public outreach, social organizations, NGOs, or local authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree – required.
- Experience in managing employees – required.
- Experience in community relations – an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and strong service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and leading processes with clients.
